The history of this beautiful Fire Island Ocean-Front Beach House is very unique. It was one of the first Fire Island homes built in Davis Park. The house's original owner was Kurt Alexander (Jack Paar's and TV's original Tonight Show Producer). The beach house became very well known during the 1960's as a wild party spot for celebrates and the local island community.

In the Spring of 2003 the house was completely restored and renovated (new walls, new appliances, new electrical service, new entertainment system, satellite tvs, etc.).

Finally, in September of 2003, the house was featured on News 12 (a New York Long Island TV News Program) as a little known One-Of-A-Kind Romantic Getaway!

This Ocean-Front beach home has fantastic panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean right from the house's living room (as well as from the front deck) and the Great South Bay in the distance from the house's rear deck. Glorious sunrises and moon-lit beaches can be viewed from the master bedroom's large picture window as well as from the front deck. Spectacular sunsets can be viewed from the house's rear upper deck. Rentals during select times of the year are available for this unique property and reservations can be made directly from this web-site on a first come, first served basis.
